Fonville Press – ⭐ 5/5**
📍 Alys Beach
☕ Must-Try: Espresso Tonic
Part coffee shop, part market, part bar—Fonville Press has it all. Enjoy a specialty coffee or mocktail in a stylish, picture-perfect setting in Alys Beach. Their cold drinks are delicious and their food is PHENOMENAL. It’s one of my favourite spots to grab a drink and go for a hike along the Alys Beach Nature Trail, or let B play at the park while I sit on a bench and enjoy my morning drink! Highly recommend.
Blue Mountain Bakery – ⭐ 4/5**
📍 Blue Mountain Beach
☕ Must-Try: Cold Brew with Cold Cream, and a Double Chocolate Muffin
Famous for fresh, high-quality ingredients, this spot serves delicious cold brew coffee and homemade treats. A great option for breakfast or a midday pick-me-up.
Beach Happy Cafe – ⭐ 4/5**
📍 Watercolour
☕ Must-Try: Iced Chai Latte
Easily the best iced chai latte I have had on the coast. It is spicy and delicious. The pastries here are also note worthy. Their food is only okay though.
Turbo Coffee – ⭐ 4/5**
📍 Seagrove Beach
☕ Must-Try: Iced Chai Latte & smoothie bowls
So many goodies here, even the smoothie bowls are worth mentioning. I love coming here and getting a drink and a snack, and then browsing the cute shops. A nice cloudy day activity!
Kahve & Cream – ⭐ 2/5**
📍 Seagrove Beach
☕ Must-Try: Charlie’s Donuts
The coffee was awful and the chai tea tasted terrible, but I give them 2 stars for serving Charlie’s Donuts which are my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE!
Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii – ⭐ 3/5**
📍 Grayton Beach
☕ *Must-Try: Anything with cold foam
Bringing a taste of Hawaii to 30A, this spot serves authentic Kona coffee with a tropical vibe. Their blended frozen drinks are a hit on hot beach days. I don’t recommend any of the baked goods, but their cold cream was lovely.
We love exploring new coffee shops while travelling. It’s a nice morning routine and our toddler loves to get a sweet treat while we’re out. I find coffee shops immerse you in the community more so than restaurants, so it’s a nice way to feel like a local when travelling. We’ve tried so many coffee shops along 30A and we’re still not done yet. I’ll keep adding to this list as we continue to visit the area.
